Emmanuel Langlade trained in Marseille in France before opening Aixois in Kansas City in 2001 with his wife Megan.

Believing that fresh ingredients make the be3st dishes, Emmanuel and Megan buy local, organic foods with special seasonings, cheeses and oils imported from France to give Emmanuel's menu its traditional French flavor.
